We will endeavor to dispatch all ordered items within 24 hours of receipt of orders. If there is any delay we will notify you by email. For UK customers, you can expect your order to arrive within 1 to 4 working days. For international customers please allow upto 2 weeks for your item to arrive before contacting us. You will be notified during checkout if the item you require is not in stock. Items not in stock can take up to a month to arrive. Items will be shipped from Monday to Friday excluding weekends.
Once the item is shipped, responsibility will then be of the courier to deliver the product. In the event of lost and damaged items in the post, replacements or refunds will not be sent until the dispute with the courier is settled. For peace of mind, upgrade first class delivery to special delivery.
